All Good Pallets was founded in 1984 in Hayward, California. After successfully establishing itself in the heart of the Bay Area, operations were expanded to California's Central Valley. All Good Pallets set up its second facility in Lathrop as a result. Due to the company's rapid rise, it soon outgrew its Lathrop facility and moved to Stockton, where it procured and redesigned a beautiful, state-of-the-art production facility. While this move was occurring in the Valley, a similar move was taking place in the Bay Area. Having exceeded the capacity of the Hayward facility, the company moved to a significantly larger property in Newark, where its corporate headquarters are currently located.
